Jun 12, 2022 · I-485 AOS / Case Remains Pending. Recently I received above status on our I-485 application. I downgraded from EB2 to EB3 back in 2020. The priority date (2/2013 India) became current in EB2 earlier this year and I then interfiled/TUB (485J) to EB2 based on approved I-140. . Ucare formulary 2024
